From Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague one can reach Ophemert Castle within the hour and from Utrecht, Arnhem or Nijmegen it will take a mere 30 minutes. On motorway A15 take the exit Wadenoijen to continue in the direction of Ophemert. You will find yourself in the middle of an imposing river landscape, which forms the restful décor of Ophemert Castle. Parking space is well provided for. The town of Tiel is within easy reach by train. From there a taxicab will take you to Ophemert in about 10 minutes. |
